My name is Vernon Green, Jr. I am the president and CEO of GCubed Technology and the founder of GCubed Community Services. Our community services is based on meeting people where they are and addressing their needs so that we can educate them. If you have stronger families then you have stronger communities. We do that through several different ways, whether it's work programs or financial support, but mostly education. So, in our for-profit, we have, of course, cybersecurity positions. We've grown, since 2014, when I started the company, we've at least doubled every year. And we've gone into areas of data center management, system administration, software development. We have help desk services, which is where we try to use our entry-level people to grow them. We're big on promoting from within. So, we have a internal training program, which allows them to achieve certifications at the company's expense, and things like that. When I first started my business, I was the talent, so I was the one getting my hands dirty going in. I was selling my own resume. So, I'd be on site doing a lotta the IT things. And then, at some point, you have to make a decision, are you a business owner or are you a technician? So, what I started to do was get more into the business-ownership portions. But one of the things that I do in my nonprofit is teach some of those cybersecurity skills. Not just cyber, but we do drones, we do coding, we do network defense, and we're teaching the kids this. So, my hands-on is more in teaching young kids how to get involved and do these things. And in order to do that, I have to stay abreast, whether it's reading, articles, studying. I still have my CPE requirements for my certifications, CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker, Security+, those type things. So, I feel like I'm always staying abreast through reading or teaching, and then I still have to run the business.
