My name is Phil Ariano. I'm the project manager for workforce development for Realtime Talent. Realtime Talent is an organization that focuses on bringing alignment between the demands of the employers and the supply side being the students and job seekers who are developing skills to meet the needs of employers. And we do this by either providing real time and relevant research based on the local job market or providing access and training on tools that our stakeholders can use to understand what's going on in the job market and consultation on how to best use the data that comes from these tools as well. I also work as a facilitator for a group of employers from specific industry sectors. And what we do is we help them to find innovative solutions to building their talent pipeline and bringing more workers into their most critical jobs. Throughout the day I might have a lot of meetings because our work requires a lot of networking. We have a lot of stakeholders who are involved in the workforce. It's practically everyone. And so we have to meet with the government sector private industry education, everyone. And so we wanna network with these people and make sure that we're on the same page when it comes to developing programs or understanding what jobs are in most demand. A successful metric for us would be knowing the numbers of programs, institutions, or people that we've impacted through the research that we've provided. And knowing by the end of the year how many students received information on critical skills and jobs in demand? Another thing that's really important to us is knowing how many job seekers might have been impacted by the data that comes from the tools that we provide access to and training to as well.
